Shipping Policy
Melonhead is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier handling issues, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect customer information entered at checkout.
Once a package has left our facility, we are not liable for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged in transit.
- Undeliverable shipments may include incorrect or incomplete addresses, missing unit or PO box details, refused deliveries, or return-to-sender packages.
- Customers are responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping information when placing an order.
- Address update requests may be reviewed, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted.
- Additional shipping fees may apply if an order needs to be reshipped due to an address issue or returned package.
Returns & Exchanges
Online orders are processed quickly, so cancellations may not be possible once an order has been placed.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Items that are final sale, discounted, personalized, gift cards, or otherwise marked non-returnable should be clearly listed by the store before this page goes live.

Please do not send products back to the manufacturer unless you are specifically instructed to do so.
Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, you will be notified by email whether it has been approved or declined.
If approved, Melonhead may issue an exchange, store credit, refund to the original payment method, or another reasonable remedy based on the circumstances.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- For higher-value returns, using a trackable shipping method is recommended.
